Job Description

Our client, an established company with over 10 years of experience servicing multiple trades industries, is looking for a highly motivated individual with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Post-secondary education

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Technical background

  • 3 to 5 years of customer service experience

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception

  • Payroll

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Accounts Payable

  • Coordinating interviews and scheduling

  • Business development

  • Increase client and candidate data base

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike
